Watershed on Peachtree, the long-serving Southern restaurant that earned a James Beard award and was previously co-owned by an Indigo Girl, will close at the end of service Saturday night.
Chef de cuisine Karl Gorline confirmed the restaurant’s impending closure to Atlanta Business Chronicle. Chef-owner Matt Marcus did not respond to several phone calls and text messages seeking comment.
Gorline said Watershed had been struggling to fill tables, and traffic at the restaurant dropped off in October.…
