Little Five Points’ Star Community Bar could be back to business as usual before the end of the month.
Point Center Partners LLC has reached a verbal agreement with a new tenant for the space at 437 Moreland Ave. NE, managing member Scott Pendergrast told Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Pendergrast stressed no documents have been signed, but the agreement is to re-open Star Bar with the same name and business model. The new tenant would retain employees and the same booking agent for talent. Monday…
