Larry Scott, a former city of Atlanta director of contract compliance, was sentenced to two years in prison Tuesday for tax and wire fraud.
While he served as director of contract compliance for the city, Scott also secretly worked as the business manager for consulting firm that was hired by businesses who wanted construction contracts in the Atlanta-metropolitan area.
