Edible Brands’ first COO has another new title.
The Atlanta-based franchisor said it expanded newly anointed chief operating officer Cheikh Mboup’s role to include that of president. The company re-hired Mbop in October, as part of a larger executive team overhaul that included founder Tariq Farid re-assuming the role of CEO from Mike Rotondo. Earlier this month, Rotondo accepted the CEO role for Southlake, Texas-based family entertainment franchise Altitude Trampoline Park.
