Atlanta’s two big German auto companies Porsche Cars North America Inc. and Mercedes-Benz USA reported sales increases for 2019.
Porsche Cars North America reported 2019 sales of 61,568 vehicles, an increase of 7.6 percent over 2018. Porsche said December retail sales rose 15.8 percent from a year ago to 4,733 vehicles.
Porsche Cars North America’s headquarters and Experience Center are located next to the Atlanta airport. This year marks Porsche’s 70th year in the U.S. auto market.
