Atlanta-based Hire Dynamics says it’s now the “largest commercial staffing company focused in the Southeast” following its purchase of an in-state competitor.
Hire Dynamics said it acquired Savannah-based Trace Staffing Solutions on Nov. 18, pushing its client-base from around 1,500 to more than 2,000. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. MSouth Equity Partners is Hire Dynamics’ majority owner; Trace Staffing Solutions was owned by Florida-based Amzak Capital Management.
