An organized and focused life is a successful life. I’ve been using this planner for about a year. As someone who has suffered multiple traumatic brain injuries from football and as a victim of many bad drivers, this planner helps keep me focused and organized.
It prompts me to dig deep daily on the kind of person I want to be and what I should accomplish. It even has me write ‘Today’s Message To Myself’ and asks me to speak to myself as a high performance coach.

At first, this was a little difficult since it’s easier to avoid asking myself the hard questions. But it’s getting easier and the more insightful as I go along. I’ve been amazed at just what 15 minutes of planning in the morning helps me to get done, also.
You can review the day and rate yourself at day’s end on what you accomplished for the day. It is definitely reinforcing. Don’t leave your day to randomness. Be strategic.
