An Atlanta executive who was chief strategy officer for New York-headquartered delivery software firm GetSwift Inc. is suing after he was terminated.
In a complaint filed Feb. 26 in federal court in Atlanta, John Wilson says he was engaged by GetSwift in 2017 to provide advisory services, and then was employed as the company’s chief strategy officer in 2018. He says he was fired on Jan. 22.
